At this time, she is unable to take new clients who are at great risk of inflicting harm to self or others, or who require a lot of time-consuming between session support.

Susan Darker-Smith is a Europe Accredited EMDR Consultant & Trainer, a BABCP Accredited CBT therapist, and a member of the British Psychology Society (BPS). She has over 20 years experience and expertise working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is trained in the following:

• Developmental Needs Meeting Strategies (DNMS)
• Neurofeedback (2-channel ILF, Cygnet), Biofeedback and the Unyte programme
• Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) & Mindfulness
• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) & Theraplay

Cost of Therapy: £100/hour + VAT. One therapy hour is 55 minutes. Additional debrief sessions, attendance at meetings, reports etc. are billable at the hourly rate. Child victims of mass trauma (i.e. war) can get a reduced rate.
