TheraTappers™

  • We only sell TheraTappers to EMDR therapists and their clients, and other therapists trained in it’s use.
  • Before purchasing a TheraTapper buyers must affirm they are trained in it’s use and take full responsibility for the outcomes of using it.

We ship TheraTappers using Royal Mail with tracking, to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only.

Most of the time, TheraTappers will be mailed within 2-3 working days after receiving the order.

Please ensure that your delivery address and invoice address are in the same country. We are unable to dispatch orders where these do not align, due to international fraud guidelines.

I have found my TheraTapper to be really helpful in my EMDR practice, very easy to use and adjustable. The battery life is really good. When I placed the order, the service was quick and I received them within a few days.

  • If you reside in the UK, you have a legal right to return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • If you decide to return your TheraTapper™ it within 14 days of receiving it, you must contact us for a return authorisation number and return shipping address.
  • You must mail it back to us with tracking. Be sure to include in the package the control box, two wires, two pulsers, and a zippered bag. If returning the PLUS unit, you will also need to return the headphones.
  • Once we receive your package, we’ll verify its condition. If it’s in perfect condition, we’ll issue a refund for the TheraTapper only, not the return shipping charges. If anything is missing or damaged, a restocking fee will be charged.
  • Most TheraTapper™ problems can be diagnosed and fixed by the owner. If you’re having a problem, please visit theratapperinc.com/resources/ for trouble shooting suggestions.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the control box and pulsers for one year after purchase. The replaceable wires are not warrantied.
  • If you suspect your TheraTapper needs a warranty repair, you must contact us for a return authorisation number before returning it.
